Kroger

I've hated this Kroger for years, especially since they remodeled. It's too small and crowded, the employees are lazy, stand around too much talking (about what, probably the customers like I've read from other reviews) or have been there forever and don't care to do much. Everytime I need to buy anything it's always out of stock here. Walmart gets all the order done and if not better substitutions are made.

We order a sandwich tray every year at Christmas from Kroger. We have done this the last 10 years or so. What has happened to their quality? Very skimpy on bread selection of meats and cheeses. Presentation was horrible. Not very appetizing. My 6yr old granddaughter could have made a better tray. Lesson learned!!

Better Customer Care needed-Having work done on my teeth my husband purchased Kroger brand soup for me instead of Campbells. As husbands go didn't keep receipt on food. Was given a very hard time of the return just wanted to exchange.Heard the usual "It's our policy" Voiced my opinion that I was upset. ALL the monies we spend yearly and you can't return 10 cans of soup?? Then to put icing on the cake after shopping went to the register and the same girl was bagging. I didn't notice at first when I did she standing there bad mouthing me to two other employees and the customer before me. Highly upset then. I've worked retail before and we were not allowed to bad mouth the store and or customers especially. I will remember this experience and go out of my way to not shop at this store!
