Applebee's

Place was dead. Service was good but food took forever to come out. Ordered a salad(still waiting on it) and French onion soup(got it after 30 minutes). Finally asked where my salad was and said don’t worry about it. Then she brings it out. People I came with already ate their salad soup and entree. Manager came out did something on register and threw receipt down in front of me. Not a word. Someone in restaurant said I made it personal. Well it is a personal choice to come eat and spend money. Will not be back. Others around me was asking same thing. “Didn’t you just order a salad?”

Was immediately seating and drink orders taken. Food came out in a timely manner and everything was correct. The waitress even had us cut into our steaks to ensure they were cooked properly. She was ontop of service and was very friendly. It was a great meal in a great environment. There was a stink bug that kept wanting to join our meal, we named him Timmy and sent him on his way 🤣.

I have never left a bad review for a restaurant but i couldn’t let this experience go unsaid. First, I had called about a wait time and was told that there was no wait and then when we arrived they told us a 15 minute wait which was no big deal. We continued to sit and wait for a table for 30 minutes while the host was no where to be seen and plenty of free tables around. Once we were finally seated we didn’t receive any menus or silverware. We ordered two appetizers and two salads along with our full course meals. After waiting 30 minutes for our salads and our appetizers it became apparent that we would be there much longer for our main courses. When we got our chips and dip, the chips were stale and the dip was only 1/4 full. While sitting at the table for 45 minutes waiting on our food, we never once were asked about refills while our cups sit empty. We finally got our food and it was very bland and most of it was cold where you could tell it had been sitting waiting to be taken out. I can firmly say i will never eat here again.

Place wasn’t even busy. Got seated fairly quickly but took what felt like 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table. Gave us menus and didn’t ask what we wanted to drink or anything. And after what felt like another 15 minutes of waiting after that we just got up and left. No telling how long of would have took our food to get there. I know other customers were there and I know the world doesn’t revolve around us but come on. We’ve been seen a lot sooner at places that were packed elbow to elbow.

Went on one of the coldest days there has been for a weeks & they had the A/C on. Asked 2X to turn it off or down..still didn't. Waitress was good, but the little helper walking around was quite rude when asked for a spoon so my son could eat his mashed potatoes. 2 stars. 1extra only bc the food was tasty. Won't be back for a while.

I used to love coming to this location but after tonight, I probably will find another Applebee's to go to. Took forever to get drinks, then we ordered our food and the girl couldn't remember it all and wrote it down horribly, we got 2 kids meals and 1 appetizer before the other 3 appetizers. Then we got the rest of our food before the other 3 appetizers. Then the server got snippy and said "yea I know I wrote it all down, it's coming" like excuse me. Then when she asked what we were missing for the 4th time, I told her what we were missing and she went, "oh thank God I was tired of trying to figure it out" The food was at least hot, that's what the 2 stars is for.... They really need to train people in customer service and how to be a server because this wasn't it. I won't be back.
