Bonefish Grill

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We got steaks and seafood, cooked to perfection exactly as we requested. I really have no complaints, everything was timed Great.. the winter Cosmo was awesome with ice crystals in it, kept it just the right temperature through my meal. The waitress was more than helpful and assisted us whenever needed asap. The chocolate lava cake was so soft and fluffy, I recommend trying the specials menu.

Visited Bonefish Grill on Saturday May 22, 2021. Love the location. The restaurant sits next to a pond. Perfect photo opportunity. Parking can be a challenge. The restaurant sits next to a fast food restaurant, which can make parking a little confusing. The exterior is just as clean as the interior. Love the round about door! The hostess and waiting staff are jewels! All smiles, patient, and very familiar with the menu. However, can only give 3 stars at this time. The best thing on the menu are the appetizers and drinks. The entrees can be bland. I asked the guests at my table how was their food. They felt overcharged for their entrees, because of this. One guest compared her fish to Captain D's. But, pleased with their appetizers and drinks. Not a long wait on our orders. Food arrived hot. They offer takeout and curbside. Very pleased with the reserve your table app. Was able to secure a table for 5 three hours before arriving with no problems. Worth a second try for the appetizers and drinks alone. Enjoy!

Susie and her trainee were awesome servers! Very pleasant and friendly but the medium steak I ordered was well done and the jasmine rice was sticky. Whatever bartender made my pineapple martini deserves a hug...lol, yes, it was just that good! Overall, it was an experience that wouldn't keep me away.

Such a pleasant experience! Our waitress Suzie was so friendly. The food and cocktails were delicious. The entire restaurant was clean and had a nice asthetic. The acoustics were really good so you could easily talk and hear the person you are dining with. Short (and pretty) walk from the Hilton Garden Inn. All in all, such a wonderful experience. Recommend to anyone for a nice dinner!

Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and had amazing flavor. The bang bang shrimp had a great crunch to them and tasty sauce. The bacon mac n cheese was rich and not to heavy. The only thing was the bread was too crispy and hard and the molten chocolate cake was good but drenched in the strawberry cream sauce.

I have dined at Bonefish Grill many times but I have to say this will be my last my last few visits was HORRIBLE I got the BANG BANG SHRIMP & they where awful they were cold when the waitress brought them to me & they barely had the Famous Sauce so I sent them back I ordered the Filet with Garlic Mashed Potatoes I wanted Broccoli but to no avail they were out so I had to improvise I ordered my steak Medium and received a DRY WELL DONE STEAK the waitress offered to take it back but I was frustrated because I had to send my appetizer back & still hadn’t received it so I just tried to eat it…. I received my appetizer at the END OF MY MEAL at this point I was beyond upset because the purpose of an appetizer is before the meal it took so long for them to bring it back til I thought they had forgot to remake them I simply told the waitress to take them back and OFF MY TICKET because I was so disappointed in my entire visit Ordinarily I don’t give reviews about restaurants, but because this visit was so HORRIBLE I HAD I wouldn’t have given the 1 ⭐️ I gave if I had the choice to not 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Out of our entire vacation, this was my absolute favorite stop. The restaurant was beautiful inside and out. The dining area was very nice. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Every part of the meal was delicious, the drinks, the bread and the main meal were all great. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice meal.

I ordered a salad and got mostly iceberg lettuce cores. The food took over an hour and they forgot to bring my son's meal. When they did his fish was so greasy that he couldn't eat it. The trout was overcooked. They have mussels on the menu but the waitress said they haven't had them in over a year. Service was ok. Not horrible, not great. Food quality was low. I would not go back.
