Food and service is good but the hours posted were incorrect leading to us being cold, disappointed, and sandwichless on a cool Winters Friday afternoon.

I went here last week and had an online pickup. They got everything right except for two items were missing from the order. I tried calling and nobody would answer. I will give them a go soon and see if it's better the next time

Friendly service and the staff tries to know their regulars. Even when busy during the school year lunch rush, they try to get everyone their food quickly without seeming rude or rushing customers. Despite this being a chain, I still prefer it over most of nearby Union South's fast food offerings thanks to its friendlier staff and better food.

Fast and friendly staff with a location that brings me through the door almost twice a week. Good Subway location. Loses a star because they seem to have the room for more seating but instead keep it relatively limited, making eating-in near lunch hour pretty tough.

I probably visit this Subway one out of every two days in a year, and I enjoy it more than any Subway I've been to because (1) the kids who work there are great, (2) I get to listen to good music during the day, (3) large windows mean lots of daylight, and (4) the place has a character of its own despite being a franchise.
Try to arrive before 11:45 am and after 1:15pm if you want prompt service during the school year, otherwise you'll spend some time waiting in line.
