How do you run out of bread at 6:30? Someone had to notice and just didn't care enough to start getting any ready. Totally unacceptable Update: They have definitely improved since my last review. I avoided going to that location for a couple of months but then finally broke down due to the convenience of the location. While they were extremely slow at least they had bread and weren't closing early anymore. I can definitely forgive the slowness as it was obvious they were in the process of training new employees. For now I will move them back to a 3 star and will hopefully soon be able to go even higher once the training is done.

Twice now I have been to this location when they are supposed to be open but they are closed. 1st time was employees sitting outside smoking and talking not wanting to open doors - 2nd time was no notice on door besides being closed when supposed to be open. If short of staff close down the location and send the staff elsewhere, not good for business just being closed randomly on and off. Had I placed an online order then I would have been screwed out of my money yeah?
