Dunkin'

Super disappointed with our experience today. I love Dunkin’ coffee and come here multiple times a week, however the service is EXTREMELY slow most times. It takes an upwards of 30 mins at times to get a coffee, you will sit at the speaker and be told to wait for I am not kidding 10 mins just to other your drink. Today however was the worst, I ordered a Charli cold foam and my husband had an iced coffee..they handed us our drinks and his looked like water with a tinge of brown and my charli COLD FOAM had no foam..when I told them I had the cold foam they said yeah that’s what that is...then they took the drink and just added a smidgen of foam on top. My husband said his coffee tastes extremely watered down. I am highly dissatisfied as if I’m going to spend $5+ per coffee and wait 30 minutes I would expect it to at least be correct.

I've been in the establishment multiple times waiting on service while I see employees on cell phones. Others have walked right by not even acknowledging I'm there waiting. I came in to get a plain cup of coffee and they didn't even have any brewed. I hope their service changes so that a good review can be left in the future. So I decided to give the place another chance. Walked in late morning and stood at the counter for 3 minutes with no employee in sight. There were only 2 other customers that were seated/eating. Although, once 3 employees emerged, the staff was friendly. Coffee had a slight burnt taste. Every table but one had crumbs on it. Almost every table wobbled badly which I understand isn't the end of the world but is very annoying. Still not impressed.

So disppointed with the service. 3 days ago, I asked for medium hot coffee but they gave me very cold stale coffee. then, I complained but at second time it was same. today, I asked for a coffee two sugar and 2 cream and bagel with toasted. First guy gave me wrong cofee but later I got right cofee (this time hot ) but they gave me bagel without toasted. Very bad experience.
