7-eleven

I went in to the 7-Eleven yesterday to purchase a drink. I accidentally spilled my drink on the counter and I alerted the clerk that I spilled my drink. I proceeded to walk to the counter to wait for him. Once the clerk reached the counter he charged me for my drink a candy bar and a refill. So I asked why are you charging me for a refill? He says it's our policy that we charge if you spill a drink . So I said how it totally was an accident I did not spill it on purpose. I said no take this off my bill right now. And then he proceeded to say it had you broke the machine it will be a lawsuit. So I said why are you talking to me about a lawsuit has nothing to do with this situation and no I did not break the machine. And he says well you spilled the drink all over the wires and everything you could have. He was very rude disrespectful and I have never been spoken to in an establishment like this he needs. He needs to be reprimanded for speaking to a customer like this. Even the person behind me thought it was ridiculous of the situation it was an honest mistake so I left the store with only paying for my candy bar and I went to another 711 to purchase a drink.

You have got to be kidding me. for some reason the card swipers are off at the gas pumps so you need to go inside every time that you make a gas purchase. My guess would be either thieves or the owner wants you to come inside to pay so that you can buy some of his trinkets and trash food. so I went inside and overpaid for my gas knowing that I wanted to fill it up all the way. I go back inside to get my refund for $12 or whatever and the lady asked me for my receipt. Of course I threw it away. so she had me go dig through the dirty gas station trash to get my 12 bucks back. I promise you I will never come shop there again and I will call anyone an idiot for wasting their money with you.

this is by far the worst 7-11 you could go to, barely any of the machines ever work and its extremely dirty, past 3 times i've gone there i've had the guy running the counter either passed out in a chair or all the Slurpee flavors are down except for like one or the ice coffee machine is out and when asked to have it changed I was told that he doesn't know how to change it, i'm sorry all machines have instructions inside the machines so how about you get up and read? so if you're a fan of constantly having 1 slurpee choice and nothing else then this is perfect for you.
