So I had a pretty big order for my whole office. Someone had called out that day and the staff were clearly trying their best to get orders out on time. All of my food came out perfect and delicious as always. I just had to leave a 5 star because they communicated clearly with me on the issue and apologized for the wait. There isn't really much you can do when you're short staffed in a lunch rush.

Every time I go through the drive through after getting off work on the weekends it takes 45 min to get through the line. Even with 4 cars in line. Unfortunately not many places are off when I get off work. Time to find another taco bell. I choose this one to avoid the other one closer to my home and work. 🙄

Well I guss taco bell is taco bell. If you get a large order it is very likely that they're going to mess something up. But the food is good. A lot of people complain about getting diarrhea from there food but I've never had that problem personally.

This taco bell is horrible. Cashier had major attitude and issues. People walking out. No lids no napkins no sauce. Bugs in all window sills. Order was screwed up. I goto taco bell often but will not be back to this one. Just horrid.

Very poorly assembled . No cheese in my crunchwrap, no lettuce, barely even any meat. Cheese was all over the bag and outside of other food. My sister got a 5 layer which the wrapper was off of it and the one side that was covered was squeezed and the with a puncture from the wrap into the burrito. Also, the taco bell app doesn't put saved items into cart when checking out (adds totally different order) be sure to check.

Very long wait to get food but it was made almost correctly they forgot tomatoes on my nachos but that's not a horrible thing. But being in line for 45 mins to get food was ridiculous.

Taco bell on Hall Rd and gratiot, SUCKS. The drive thru takes to long and the staff are RUDE AS HELL. THEY DONT CARE IF THERE OPEN OR NOT.

Well we will not be going back to this location didn't get any meat in my crunch wrap that was almost 6.00 I did post a picture of it in photos Incase anyone wanted to see. Awesome for ripping people off. Good job
