Mcdonald's

My wife picked up food today (2/24/2022) from this restaurant located 4 miles from us & this is the sorry excuse of a cheese burger we received in our order. There is no reason for this to be happening when they use an automated system with timers & buzzers to insure their food is always made the same so that it always taste the same. This is unacceptable.. my wife & I are in disbelief & disappointed with this restaurants failure to provide a service which has been paid for & trusted to provide that service without health hazards. The staff at this restaurant does not comprehend the harm they may bring consumers whether kids or adults.

I specifically said no onions in burger and it looks like they added more on purpose. 🤬🤬🤬, this McDonald's location is always messing up. We get home and we are either missing something from our order or the order is just completely wrong.. the fries are soggy and not to mention we always get told to pull up to one of the waiting spots even for something as simple as a happy meal. Horrible service...I will be going to the McDonald's in Devine.

Employees have no manners , no greeting, no customer service. I waited in the lobby by the register for 30 mins for someone to come n take my order. Let's just say I walled out with no order donw the high way to Devine. U got the people in the gill just staring at u when ur saying hello!!!!! U also have managers who act like they don't care always huffing n puffing n ignoring you when ur asking for someone to take ur order. Not to mention I heard one manager getting loud with an employee in front of other employees and customers. THE OWNER OR DISTRIC MANEGER NEEDS TO COME IN AND INSPECT ALL EMPLOYEES N MANAGERS !!!!

This place is always condescendancy had bad service and I heard they just got a new manager and evidently he doesn't know how to run a place either . And I have lived in Lytle since I was born and we've been running a restaurant and the service nowadays is just pathetic
