Pizza Bar 66

Food is amazing, but the wait was ridiculous. Over an hour. One pleasant server for the entire area. There was a bartender, but she was consumed with doing her "bar duties" such as wiping counters and looking up when someone walked in. We felt bad for the young server trying her best to apologize for delays and meeting the needs of other patrons. *updated: the amazing response from the Partner/establishment has made up for the lacking stars. Well done, sir. We look forward to many more visits in the future!

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about the food, the staff, and the great outdoor patio. We recently hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner at PB66 in Lyons. I was planning from out of state, during a pandemic for a large group and Michael (and Andy) took care of us in top notch fashion. We ordered appetizers (spinach/artichoke dip with veggies, cheesy garlic bread with marinara and salads) along with the stuffed shells, Main Street pasta, chicken Alfredo plus some pizzas - everything was delicious. The items were presented steaming hot. Chelsea and Sophie really hustled keeping everyone supplied with a wide variety from the bar. A week later and people are still commenting on the food and what a great space.

I had to wait over 1 hour for a order of Mac and cheese. When it finally arrive, it was like pasta in a really thin cheese sauce. I was told it was made from scratch and that’s why it took so long. But I waited over an hour for this (picture below)? The waitstaff was nice. But the food was awful. I couldn’t eat more than 2 bites. It was more like soup then Mac and cheese.
