Starbucks

The barista was amazing! They were short staffed and she apologized. But it was unnecessary because she had our order right out. It's hard to be friendly and express sincerity behind a COVID mask, but she really made us feel welcome. Coffee was amazing and the pastries fresh & warm. Truly enjoyed the staff and service, food/drinks & the outdoor patio tables. Recommended!!!

The service here is great and friendly. They baristas get 5 stars+. The baristas make you forget about how hair pulling it is to find this place. If you're not paying attention you'll go crazy trying to find it. Whomever designed the road systems in this area must have been a former bumping car designer. It's ok once you're in the parking lot, but get your devining rod out to find it.

Staff is new and obviously unpolished, I’m sure time will polish them. The barista was quite..., “extremely”, slow and didn’t know the processes and our coffee was quite bitter. The store is clean and spacious also well lit. In a good location, this Starbucks is overall an excellent choice for the casual late coffee or morning stop. Be careful and ask plenty of questions until the staff gets things clicking better. Not mean, just honest.

Starbucks is on its way down, poor customer service everywhere I travel. Worst of all is the call ahead they try to act like Chick-fil-A but have it all wrong people around the corner order ahead only to watch the barista make orders for people that are no where to be found.. you see Chick-fil-A uses location services before starting an order.. genius not the 20 minute wait for all the phantom orders at Starsucks. Then I try and get my money back and I have to call corporate on the app wait it’s so hard to find on the app you burned $6 so you head to Dunkin’s Donuts. I wish they had Mercury Coffee here in Florida.

Disappointed in the order handling at this location. Placed my mobile order before getting in my car at the outlets and driving over. The car at the end of the drive through line (that hadn’t reached the speaker yet) had their order and left literally over 15 mins before my mobile order was ready. So much for handling orders in the order they are received. When I checked on my drinks, staff was rude and dismissive. I do not recommend this location. Worst customer service in Tampa.
