Subway

Worst subway ever. I ended up walking out due to lack of service.went to the subway on lunch break there was one other person in the subway the guy was making her sandwich and she said she had to use the restroom the guy said fine and finished making her sandwich and walked in back she was in the bathroom for like 5 minutes she comes out and we wait on him to come from the back. He rings her up and she leaves instead of helping me he starts messing with cookies. I was there waiting over 10 minutes not even a high or anything so I walked out. Customer service sucks.

The subway located on 19235 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, FL 33548 is the worst Subway by far. My husband went in to the location listed on 8/28/18 and was met with both employee's huffing and puffing about how many customers were coming in. As a business owner we want customers to visit our Establishment, my husband was weary about them making the sandwich as they even said they were over all the customer coming in so he proceeded to walk out, half way to his truck he thought he would go back in to say something regarding what they were saying and how they were running their customers off, and was told they didn't care. This is the worst when you are trying to get from one appointment to another and met with this ridiculousness, either hire employees that care are shut down. but the public deserves more respect then this.

For subway it is 5 star , Because of the employees and there frienlyness and care in making the food, made us feel welcomed 530pm Febuary 15th 2019. But then most the employees are very friendly here, small town so everyone knows you, I think that makes a differance, we eat out as lot but not alot of people personally know us. I Love Anaconda, but would only buy a house if it had 20+ acres .
