Mr Empanadas

I like mr empanadas. Click (LIKE) to help reviews here. It's pretty simple, and dependable good. they just added a nice big cuban that's good too. Surprise visit today, chicken salad chick next door was super slow, blew it off for empanadas. Lol. Didn't know this location was up there. I'll be back some day.

When trying to place a phone order it kept going to voice-mail and then busy signal. We called about 5 times. Upon entering the restaurant, we walked in and no one was there to greet us. When the young man came to the front he didn't greet us so we ordered and asked if the phone was working and the young man said it hasn't been working today. When the food was ready we told us and just dropped the bag on the counter. I entered my car and started eating in the parking lot and 2 of my 4 empanadas were partially undercooked. I went back inside and told the young man and he remade it. I honestly love the food that why I keep going back, but the service is very disappointing.

Out shopping & hubby wanted a snack, thought this place would fit the bill- not a empanada fan but tried anyway- now he LOVES Mr Empanada! Says the dough is so much better than any he's had in the past, he loves the beef & cheese, I think the Picadillo is more flavorful. Sometimes they are busy and we wait a bit, other times they are ready to go, either way we've never been disappointed. We rarely eat out but this is now our go-to when we need something quick, or just driving by~ Thanks for yummy empanadas!
