I've been a few times and the food has always tasted hot and fresh. The only downside is their Krushem machine hasn't worked in weeks.

Service is slow when I went a few weeks back with the little ones it was very busy. They don't offer napkins with your food. If you leave the counter with your food you need to queue again to get napkins.
Staff are quite rude and the uber eats drivers make it worse.

This store is in a good location 🤠. Good quality food- fresh and hot. I had 3 pieces, fries and Pepsi Max. I was a little disappointed ☹️ as one piece was tiny and my regular fries was smaller portion. Staffs are on constant pressure- online delivery. There were at least 3 delivery guys waiting to collect their order. It took at least 15 mins for my order 😔. Customers don't clean their rubbish and they expect clean place ☹️

I ordered food on the machine and 3 minutes later my food was ready to collect. So would recccomend to order on the machine and pay.
The staff are too busy handing out and prepering orders.
The double chicken burger I had was nice and crispy. The chips were piping hot.
It is very clean and the seating area is spaced out nicely.
Pay and display car park entry is via John Street. It has lift and staircase access.
