So idk who decided to put the girl Marissa in charge of a crew. Everytime I go in she has an attitude with her crew and the customers. This is not just a one time thing. I went in last night and she was cussing at several crew members, and told them all they could even talk much less communicate with orders. She should not be in charge of anyone much less a shift. Absolutely not leadership qualities but yet she has no problem letting people go smoke right outside the door. Absolutely the worst experiences I have at that store is when she is in charge. I will no longer be going in to eat there if she is running a shift. Makes me feel bad for the employees under her everytime.

The restaurant is “open” till 1 or 2 not sure, but past a certain point at night the 1 or 2 employees they have working decide they don’t wanna work so they tell people they are having electrical problems and can’t take orders. I too work nights so I don’t have many choices for food this late. For the past week they have said they are having these problems 3times on 3 separate nights. But all day they can take orders no problem 🤔 I don’t think so! Don’t take a job if you don’t wanna do work is all I can say 🤷🏻‍♂️

Went today for the $5 mix n match that all come with chicken fries. While ordering, was told they were out of chicken fries. "Okay....so what can sub instead" "Nothing, there are no subs" says the Manager. So, I would be charged the full $5 while having something not included for that same price? I was told there was way to ring up a sub. I guess the supply issue became a technology issue, not to mention a customer service issue. We walked next door and went to Popeyes.
