SUPER COOL, love Taco Bell, it’s cheap, quick, and taste better then eating a bowl of nothing, but I just find it fun how they have never ONCE gotten my entire order correct. If I order something simple, It’ll be made wrong; if I check the order before I leave it’s still made wrong, and I’ll be damned if I order any cinnamon twist bc they won’t be in the bag! I don’t mean to complain but goodness it happens every time

Would give them zero stars but can't. They just need to shut this store down. No Inside ordering. Took me 35 minutes to get food in the drive through because only waiting on 3 cars at a time because of short staff. Then they give me the wrong order. So had an ordeal sorting that out. Almost an hour for taco bell. REALLY!!! If this is all the service you can provide. Close the doors. Will never eat at the Lumberton taco bell again.

The service was very fast and so kind- I ordered inside but to-go (my only complaint was there was no cashier's available but I'm thankful for the workers who were working because they were working hard and so friendly- making sure the food was prepared hot & ready!!) I went around lunch time today

The food was cold & the lettuce was almost black the coke was disgusting & it took about 35min to get though the drive thru. That Taco Bell on Robert's Ave needs to be closed for good we will never eat at that SOB again. I'd give it a _ * if I could.

The car lines can be long and lengthy. The food is warm to hot for the most part. Sometimes what should come in a box can come in a bag or vice versa. Service is generally polite. Hard to get back on the road due to heavy traffic at times but no bad experiences from this location.

Food quality has steadily been going down. Have been here 3 times in last 2 months and each time food has gotten worse. Have now decided to not ever eat at this location.

They never get my order right and never have the lobby open to customers and always have long line! Hate that I stay so far out. I would definitely return. Highly doubt I visit unless the lobby is open.

The food was not all that I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra cheese and chicken. Did not receive what I ordered very disappointed in the quality of food being passed out.. considering I’m a former employee🙄OVER IT
