J'aime Le Cafe

I patiently waited in the drive through for 30-45 minutes as 6 cars were in front of me. They never took my order because I waited at the intercom for 10 minutes and didn't hear a word. I assumed the intercom was just broken and that's why things were slow. If they were busy, I would think they would say "just a moment, or I'll be with you in a minute". So I pulled up to the window as the cars before me were slowly leaving and they asked what I ordered (which I hadn't). So I order at the window and pull up to get out of the way. I then waited another 15 minutes before getting the frozen coffee, but hadn't received my food. 20 minutes go by before I get the rest of my order, (they admittedly forgot). The coffee given to me earlier is now melted, and I've just wasted over a hour getting breakfast for my wife. Ruined my morning. I’ll be back, I understand this is a fluke. If things are smooth then, I’ll edit this review. Thanks for the response.

i waited in line for 35 minutes, which ultimately made me late for work. long wait times are common at this location. i sat at the window for about 15 minutes before i watched them start making my hot coffee. i can understand if food takes a while to make, but they should be able to expedite coffee more quickly.

The iced mocha here is one of the best I’ve ever had. Only downside is every time I walk in the workers seem chaotic, despite if business is busy or not, and it ALWAYS takes 10-15 minutes for me to get one drink. I think they just need to re-approach their system, especially since there are usually 3 or 4 employees up front and it still takes so long even if no one is in drive through. Like I said, fantastic coffee though.

I just wanted to tell you, I went to get coffee this morning and Drew is a very very polite gentleman. He was very sweet!! He really makes a customer want to go back just because of him. Working in retail as I used to do for over 28 years, it's so nice to see a young person appreciate their customers. He definitely appreciates his customers. Very genuine. Wished I could have tipped him more!! He is definitely a blessing to this coffee shop!

Great service, great coffee. The food is very good, so far everything I tried was great from breakfast to lunch. I stop in every morning, only one thing I have to ask. Can you look into Samsung Pay? It works everywhere that has a card reader, but gives an error message when I try to use it. Everything else is great.
