I stopped by this subway today 3/8/2022. The sandwich maker (as pathetic as it sounds) had the audacity to speak to me in a rude manner. I left the store without ordering anything bc of the horrible customer service and when I called the store to speak to the manager or owner he was just as rude. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN! I don’t suggest anyone to stop here either!!! Horrible customer service and racist workers as well, but what’s to be expected when it’s in a racist area.

Customer service is not their strong suit. Don’t ask for your foot long to be wrapped separately. One extra sheet of paper that the sandwich is wrapped in will cost you the equivalent of a 6” sandwich. A 6” sandwich is easier to hold than a foot long while driving.

I've stopped here more than 5 times and they only had sweet tea brewed once (each time was before 6pm). When asked they said they don't make anymore after 4pm when it runs out.

I went to one in Luling, La and one in Boutte, La. The One In Luling was decent, friendly, clean, no complaints. I went to the one in Boutte around 745-750. They looked at me like they didn't want to serve me, made my sandwich with a slight attitude and I know for sure they overcharged me. $10 for a beef sandwich on flat bread, yeah they got me. If you don't like your job that's moo one's fault but your own.

Really good service here. The owner is always there on weekdays. Happy people. Shows great appreciation to first responders.
