Whataburger

If I could leave no stars, I would. I am currently sitting in the drive through, where I have been for over an hour waiting on my already-ordered food. I ordered a shake and recieved it melted a while ago. Poor service, poor attitudes with the workers, and just overall lack of care for the customers waiting. After a full hour and fifteen minutes passed they finally came to the window to ask "what did you order again?" Because they both forgot AND lost the food. I won't be back at this location again in the foreseeable future.

I want to say my experience with this Whataburger, has been up and down. At one point I swore I would never go back. The last visits I’ve had through the drive have been so great. There is a very nice lady, named Brenda who works the window. Whatever she is paid she deserves a raise. She brought my business back to this store, and I will happily return to see her, and buy more food. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at the store, and Brenda is the reason why. I’ve done every single job in a restaurant from dish washer, serving, bartending, line cooking, prep work, all the way to management which I currently do (in fast food). She’s the type of employee whataburger needs, and I wish I had someone like her in my own store. If you visit tell Brenda to have a great night, and that she’s amazing at her job. Not a lot of people understand fast food can be draining, and that lady deserves all the praise for what she brings for her company from the start of the order to saying have a blessed night as she hands you your food.
