The room & banquet was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The food was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

Last years experience was fabulous but when I attended a party this year on 28 -10-2023, it was shocking to taste food as the quality was not as it was earlier. Alongwith this shortage of cutlery was also observed. The owner must do something to maintain it's goodwill.

Yes the best.. Every branded or reputed hotel has good facilities & clean rooms.. so does ANR has.. but they won our heart with hospitality.. understanding customer needs.. customised flexible services.. All staff so cordial n helpful.. The owner constantly monitors n takes care that their staff is taking Good care of Customers.. reasonable price.. Centrally located.. Railways stn.. Bus depots.. Metro stations all in vicinity..unmatched Hospitality throughout our UP tour! Thanks for the warm, cordial & flexible services!
