Babian

The restaurant is a favourite since childhood coz I have seen it to transform from a single floor small Chinese restaurant and icecream parlour to this huge building offering various services under one roof. The place offers wide variety of dishes right from Chinese to Indian and mocktails and sundae's..... pricing too seems to be optimum but the taste seems to have changed over the years may be due to change of staff and you seem to miss the old essence of Babian. Overall a restaurant you can try anytime.

The best part of Babian is food quality and quantity however waiters need to be properly trained as they put their fingers in glass and bowls while placing it on Table, itys really very unhygienic and not acceptable at all. We never used glass for drinking water nor used Katori for dal etc. The atmosphere is very loud with constant loud gossip and excitement of guests. One can know while sitting on one's own table what others guests are gossiping or placing orders. It was a different experience but good quality and variety of dishes are exceptional. 5 out of 5 stars for Chef Service specially waiters must be trained on basic hygiene practices
