Burger King

We got 2 bacon kings, with Medium Dr. Peppers, and 2 orders of chicken fries entree only. First they forgot our drinks, no problem I'll go inside and get them, easy fix. But then I get home and we're missing a whole burger. My whole order total is $29.40. Can I get a refund or credit for the Bacon King I'm missing? I tried calling the store but no one answers.

I wouldn’t ever recommend THIS store. I’ve gone twice in the last 6 months. The first was bad because the line was long and the food was wrong. But I got “food” in under 10 minutes. Tonight, I figured I’d give it another chance. WRONG! Took over a half hour tone handed a bag of food that wasn’t ANYTHING I ordered, so had to wait more to finally get the right sandwiches but COLD fries. Burger King needs to come in and do a personnel overhaul & train how to do things right or just close this location.

I will never be back to a Burger King ever again. Slowest service i have ever had at a “fast food” restaurant. Easily waited over 30 min to place my order. No acknowledgement of the wait or so much as an apology.Then was told to pull around to the front. I ended up telling them never mind and left.they need to shut this location down.

The staff at this location are the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen in fast food. Denise who is one of the managers goes out of her way to be accommodating. This staff is not only professional but so sweet and personable. You don’t see that kind of customer service anymore, so this is comforting. Well done Burger King. A +++++++! (Heather-Lauren)

Literally the worst service. Pulled in at 8:10, two hours after opening and there was no breakfast menu up so I didn't know what to order. Then I babbled out an order and pull up to the first window as instructed. No one there. Pull forward and get asked to go back to the first window again. Reverse back to the window and get asked what I ordered. Then my order was put into the system and was told to pull around front. Waited 20 additional minutes for my food. Will NEVER come back to this burger king.

I am voicing my opinion in writing since I already spoke with the manager. Normally I do not have a problem with Burger King but, a month ago I went to the drive through to order a Jr. Whopper with bacon, which took about 40 mins to order and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Then, when I finally got to the window to get my order, someone smelled like marijuana. Needless to say, I was not about to eat that burger. So, I went somewhere else to order. Then when I got home, I looked into the Burger King bag and found out they gave me the wrong order. I can understand the wait time and the mix up but the smell of marijuana was not acceptable. I will not be eating there again.

Before I start, I do not post one star reviews unless it is absolutely necessary. Here is everything that went wrong on my visit this past Saturday: - Menu had not been updated for lunch at the drive-thru (12:30pm) - Order was not put in correctly the first time (I had to start over when I pulled up to window) - They were out of large cup containers so I was given medium drinks. - I was told by the drive-thru employee that I would be reimbursed for my drinks (I never received ANYTHING) - I was told to pull around to front to get my order taken out to me (this took an additional 15 minutes) - Upon receiving my bagged meal, I told the employee that my sprite did not have any sugar, the employee then said "oh ok" and then walked back into the store without even thinking about fixing this issue. I have had numerous so-so experiences with fast food which is pretty common and not worth posting a negative review. This experience was THE WORST I have dealt with ever. Please fix all of these issues and add employees to this location as one of the issues is for sure being under-staffed and I will consider updating my review.

We went to get some burgers there today and the service was sooooo bad. We were there for 22 minutes waiting on three burgers. The lady at the window said they only had two people working and if I could pull to the side and they’ll bring me my food. I pull to side of the building and step out of my vehicle and watch several employees inside, some sitting down and some others making food. Waste of my money and will never go back to a Burger King.
