The day I came in (2/22/2022 (hehe) around 5 pm), the dine-in area was closed so I could only order through the drive-thru. I had a coupon with me so I had the $5 Whopper meal, consisting of a whopper, small fries, and a small soft drink. Total was $5.41 so very cheap for one person. Very yummy. Only issue was they didn't put napkins in the bag. Luckily, I had some tissues in my car.

Probably one the worst burger kings in town! Drive thru speaker barely worked. Had to yell to place my order and it was still wrong! Whopper that I ordered sucked! Also ordered chicken fries and the girl asked me if I wanted bbq sauce and I told her yes. Didn’t even put it in the bag! If I could give this 0 stars I would!

Just stopped at 7006 University for a quick bite and the dining area was closed. No sign indicated why, or if it were actually closed. Knocked loudlybon the doors, people were obviously working inside, as the drive through had cars passing through. If you don't want my business that's fine. Whataburger right up the street was more than gracious to accept my money.

We were in Lubbock and it had started snowing. We stopped for a quick bite and they closed down but still took our order and let us eat inside. They were all very nice and service and atmosphere was beyond great. Cleanest restraunt I've seen in a long time!!

It was a bit slow because they only had 2 people working the whole place. It all was great except the waiting.

The staff seemed nice and they seemed to listen to our order. I made the mistake of not checking our burgers before we left and they were not all the way we had asked for them. Everything still tasted good.

Was at the drive-through window and the servicer was rude ! Drove around to the window and she told me they didn't take orders at the window and if I wasn't talking I would have heard her say she'll be with me in a minute .The Intercom is very low I could not barely hear her so it was very rude of her to speak to me that way!!

They were randomly closed on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm. The workers in the kitchen ignored us, they didn’t care to explain why they were closed. And when we tried to call, the phone went straight to voicemail.
