Taco Bell

The employees have been new and nice enough. But they've been out of what I intended to order on every visit I've had since November. At this point I just go down Milwaukee even though it's another 10 mins down the road for me from home. On the times I have ordered the seasonal boxes, etc. I've had stale taco shells , gorditas, etc. Get well soon y'all a few years ago this was a much better taco bell, I usually stopped there when in town visiting family. Now I live right down the road but I'll just drive further or go to taco casa if I'm craving fast tacos.

Yesterday I came and got the new chick sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The sauce on it really brings it together. I see on the menu it has a spicy kind and not spicy kind, so I asked for the not spicy kind. Instead I got 3 of these with just chicken, tortilla, and a pathetic amount (literally almost nonexistent) of the sauce on there today. I just wasted $10 on something that doesn’t even taste that great. I can make chicken and a tortilla at home, I can’t make that sauce at home. Really disappointed and don’t even wanna waste my time going back up there over this. Idk why people always act so stingy with the toppings MEANT to be on the food. What’s the point of going back there in the future if you’re just gonna charge so much for food and then not give me the stuff meant to be on it?

The personnel working the drive-through on the evening that I went are very unprofessional.. I waited for over 30 minutes for my order and saw 3 people served ahead of me that got there after I did. I never did get my order.. It had to be canceled.. And then when I approached the personnel about it I was treated rudely. I don't know about the other shifts at this store but on this particular night, a Saturday night I was treated in such a way that caused me never to want to return to that particular location ever again.
