We went here to eat. Lobby closed i dont even remember if the drive thru was open. Many other people were upset too. There is a mcdonald's across the street. They are great!!!

The manager working at this location on 5/8/2021 on the night shift was extremely rude and made even simply picking up a DoorDash order that was already prepaid for a difficult and unpleasant experience. She answered the phone simply by saying "Hello?" followed by empty unconcerned silence as if she had picked up the phone to answer it at her own home. I've never been impressed at all with this places cleanliness either and would avoid this place based on my personal experiences with their unprofessional lack of concern attitude and behaviors.

20 minutes or more wait. Ridiculous. 1 car in drive thru. MAAAYBE 1 person inside. They are slower than a slug. Whoever owns this should rehire and re train.

By far the worst Burger King in Lubbock County! Old staff, new staff, doesn't matter the employees are always RUDE! The ice cream/shake machine are always out of service! Takes forever to get your food. On two separate occasions we were told they were completely out of all meat patties....and one of those times was prior to the covid outbreak. It just always seems to be something. The only thing they are consistent with I attitude!

We’ve had some bad experiences with various Burger King locations in the past - including this one. Due to logistics we ended up at this location a couple of weeks ago. Complete 180 degree experience!!!!! The service is great & the food has been stellar…….fresh & made to order. The app is a great value. Even if it’s out of your way a bit compared to other locations it’s worth it. Tonight we got great service from Abel & his team. Well Done & MUCH appreciated!

Had a coupon for a $5 whopper, small fries, and small (I don't know specific size but let's just say small) drink combo. Together total was about $5.40. Food was yum yum. Employee packed 4 ketchup packets, used one so had 3 leftover. Decided to keep at home.

Sorry but all the Burger Kings in Lubbock are getting worse every time. Doesn't matter which one you pick all of them have been bad.
I got burnt bacon on my burger and mentioned it to the clerk and she said" I noticed that when he was making it , but my manager told him to use it" . Wow!

Don't get me wrong the food was good but the service was terrible door's were locked to the inside I mean I feel like covid is already over and the employees were rude so we ordered and ate outside on the patio
