I now know why my friends would rave about this place. Great food options. I ordered the steak burrito and, as the pics show, it was amazing. Steak flame-grilled, not griddled, and done just right. Food came out fast-like they were just waiting for us. And they make their own tortillas which are awesome. Our server, Aaron, was attentive and efficient (probably deserves a raise) and friendly.

Excellent Mexican place in Lubbock. The fajitas are delicious, the queso is amazing and we really enjoy our drinks. Lisa was the best waitress ever. We had an amazing experience!

Always find a Chuy's wherever we go. It has the most amazing food. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. My husband always gets the enchilada with the egg on top. I always get the chimichanga... Delicious! They have amazing dips too. Tomatillo and the white sauce makes me want to lick the plate! We drive from wherever we are to go to Chuy's.

The hostess didn't not greet until I asked her how she is doing. She seemed to be in the wrong industry if she just stands therr and doesn't want to do anything. Not very engaging for a hostess and didn't smile. This was on Sept 21. At 7pm. Waitress was great! Food are a bit pricey and atmosphere is okay. If you're looking for quiet place with less traffic then this place isn't for you. Margarita is light on alcohol. Food was good. Salsa was freshly made and not bad!

This is by far the worst take out food that we have ever had 😡!! The tortillas were falling apart and burnt, chicken on only half of the quesadilla, and completely sloppy. Take out food is not always perfect but this was ridiculous. Sadly we all ordered quesadillas, won't happen again especially for the price we paid.

Chuy's has a really good Variety of Mexican food, and good prices, And their hot salsa is amazing!

Food was little better than decent. Service was friendly but a little overwhelmed. This is a busy location. Salsa was really good. I had the shrimp tacos. Shrimp was fried perfectly but the presentation was a bit messy. Tasted great otherwise.

Great experience as always. Lisa our server was excellent and friendly, anticipated our chips were getting low and brought us fresh hot chips multiple times. Loved our fave Panchos nachos and fajitas were delicious too. The ranch jalapeño dip is delish and the salsa was good but slightly too much heat for the two of us. Fun Chuy’s shirts that get new designs every few months. Cool vibes and ambience with palm trees in the restaurant, each room has a different theme. We’ll definitely be back and they even have a military discount! No masks were required.
