Good sausage roll buttttttt my hashbrown was harder than a brick soooo very good and kinda disappointed but I do own Gregg crocs so 4 stars

I like the Gregg branch lots, and this one in particular is great. The table, chairs, and food shelves are well arranged here. The place is very clean and tidy. The service here is quick and you can be served your food quite quickly. There is plenty of food options available and the fridges are stocked regularly.

As is normal with Greggs always a long queue for the tills but quick to get served and that is at any Greggs store, always friendly staff and willing to help

Good food and in general very helpful staff.
Usually queues, which show it's popular, but not helped by some staff thinking the need to watch coffee being poured or sandwiches being heated rather than getting on and serving next customer.
Would be better if staff listened to what customers are asking for as some often talk over you asking questions which if they would just listen they already had been told answers. Could I suggest maybe listening to customers more and interrupting them less.
Also tills don't show customer how much they need to pay and staff wont tell you until everything has been prepared so rather than get money ready while order is being done it just increases time required to get food, pay & leave. Those few minutes wasted for every customer just make queues longer than necessary.
Overall though, aside from this, the good food and mainly excellent staff mean I visit 3 to 5 days a week!

A smallish Greggs with some outdoor seating under cover from the sun.
I've tried one of the new vegan ham and cheese style baguettes included in the meal deal and was quite impressed.
The service seems friendly, and Greggs is always good value for money. Queues can be a bit slow, but that's usually more down to customers dithering than staff.
Also, bacon rolls !

Food is always nice and staff always friendly. No sugar or tea bags for over a week!! I'm pretty sure the manager is missing something here. GO AND BUY SOME ELSEWHERE?!!! Normally it's really busy here but I'm sure the lack of these will be putting ppl off.
