Mcdonald's

My mother just called me telling me she ordered a filet fish from this McDonald’s location tonight. 05/20/2022. The bread on the bottom of the sandwich was MOLDED. MOLDED! What is up with the night staff? How many people are they serving molded bread to? Whoever made that sandwich needs to be fired, the amount of people that will get sick if they don’t double, triple check their food!

The person who took my order at drive-through was wonderful they're funny this has nothing to do with her and I appreciate her a lot. The issue is with the 2nd person who just handed off my food can walk away without acknowledging me at all is without acknowledging meaning at all. On my way out I saw a portly fellow talking on the phone and I knew he was the store manager. I told him about my is about my experience and he was very dismissive. A thank you and a caring manager goes a long way.

I went to this McDonald's to pick up a delivery and have never felt so ignored. I walked in and greeted the person filling sauces up front. He saw me but didn't reply. Ok, maybe he's normally not up front. Shyness is ok. After a few minutes, a guest walked in to place an order. Another worker asked the first person to be up front. He gave his attention to the other guest, who asked if I were all set. I told him I wasn't and said to the employee I was waiting on an order. He glanced at me and made a motion that he would help the other guest. Even after taking his order, he just went back to complete other tasks. Finally, the second employee asked which order I had and gave me a time estimate. At least this one's faster than the one on Bridge St., but I might have to blacklist this one, too.

The place is very nice and well kept. The rooms are large, but there are no controls to set the room temperature. It wasn't hot out (about 55F/12C), but my room was too hot to sleep. Even with the window open all night it didn't cool down. Also, they only give you two pillows, which were flat as pancakes. We arrived on Monday when there restaurant is not open, and there is nothing else close by to get anything to eat.

The McDonald's app is a mess. It's difficult to use, and doesn't offer flexible payment and ordering abilities. Consequently, I usually go inside to order. This store has a super secure barrier so you can't hear anything at all from anybody behind it. To make it worse, the person behind the plexiglass barrier was an extremely quiet talker. After several times asking him to speak up, I gave up. I canceled the order and left the store. I later relented and used the app and had the order sent to my car. I usually eat in my car and listen to the news. My order came out with no salt, pepper, or eating utensils. I guess I'm supposed to eat with my fingers. I know, I know, these days I'm supposed to carry my own eating utensils and condiments in my car. Maybe I'll get used to that someday. When I finally did eat the breakfast, it was well prepared. I won't be stopping at this McDonald's any longer.
