Jimmy John's

I ordered for delivery. I once was in the restaurant industry and know how important a tip is. However I must have forgotten to put tip online when I ordered. They dropped my food off at security but then called me to ask where the tip was. I understand tipping is important and I always do or I don't order out/ eat out where tipping is expected. Asking for a tip is rude. Tipping is optional and I didn't appreciate the way the I was asked. "Where's my tip" is not professional. I gave a tip over the phone but this was unconventional and made me question if this was a scam by the delivery person. On a brighter note the food is always fast, and delicious and does deserve a tip.

I've been ordering dine-in and carry-out from here 5 or 6 times a year since 2018. My orders have always been ready, correct, and we'll made! The employees are great too! The customer service has always been fantastic no matter how busy they are. I can't have #gluten or dairy and I've never had a problem with my orders. I get the Unwich and customizing my order online is really easy. Get the app!

I used Jimmy John's to cater our monthly lunch and learn event. The day before the event I ordered food for our 20 registrants, but by 10am on event day I had an additional 10 people signed up. Jimmy John's not only had the original order ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, they quickly assembled another party tray for 10 along with chips and cookies. To walk in, pay for the additional order, and leave took only 7 minutes. They really are "freaky fast" and have excellent customer service. Thanks to the JJ team!
