Umami Burger

3.5 stars really. It's a little pricey for a small burger even at an airport. Sure their competition such as Burger King is cheaper and serves larger portions. But the food was good nonetheless, it did its job of an elevated burger. This place could use a few more tables and chairs. I got the manly burger and truffle fries.

I tried Umami burger when I was waiting in LAX Airport. The staff was patient and friendly even when customers were very indecisive. There was an unusually long queue. The waiting time for the food was Lil longer but that's understandable considering the volume of people that were being served. I tried their truffle burger with extra patty and bacon.I have to admit that the burger tasted very good. The burger bread had an amazing crisp to it.They had toasted it to perfection without burning it. Overall, good food but if you are in hurry, look elsewhere as the waiting time is longer than the average.

My husband wanted to try this place the thing I liked the most was the onion rings and the sweet potato fries me and my daughter got the chicken sandwich it looks so different from the picture online it was not fantastic and it was not gross it was ok my husband got the impossible double truffle burger that one was better than the chicken sandwich I recommend the burgers over the chicken sandwich

My African American brother Marlin is so friendly and nice that I am 11 cents short and he just use his own tip money jar to pay that 11 cent for me....God bless you, bro !! The Manly burger. Not really. It was just OK...Taste Grade = C. I told the cook I want medium cooked meat but it STILL came out medium rare...NOT GOOD!!...however, the bun was EXCELLENT!! the truffle fries was OK too...Taste Grade = C-. OH WELL....THANK GOD FOR MARLIN to outshine those mediocre food. God bless you once again, bro !!
