Really great cafe with an amazing sea view. My parents who were visiting Cornwall for the first time wanted a cream tea, so decided to visit Island View cafe. They said cream teas were lovely, a freshly baked scone which didn't crumble …
Great little coffee break. We were able to sit down at any available table outside. Where a waitress quickly took our order. Two ice lattes were promptly delivered to us. Which was a blessing as it quenched our thirsts after a walk down the coast from Hendersick car park.
The best cream tea I have ever eaten. The scones are like pillows, super soft. I wanted to buy some to take home but unfortunately they had sold out.

Recently made our third visit to Island View Cafe since new owners took offer. The food is lovely, can recommend the beef and crab open sandwiches, the scones and cakes! A lovely place to have lunch and enjoy the view. Thank you for the prompt and polite table service. We will be back soon.
