Starbucks

Frappuccino was just ok. They stop using the caramel sprinkles and I miss them!!!! The indoor seating is not open yet which was a problem today As I went there to work. Sat outside for a little while but this is florida and it is hot n humid. The bathroom was also out if toilet paper.. a HUGE NO. But like always, the staff was awesome

good Location, service, drinks and staff. Usually busy, with a somewhat small parking log and overall area. Drive-thru exists although, as mentioned, there’s not a lot of space available in case there’s a line. Sometimes the service is slow, but that may be because of staffing or other issues. The drinks taste great, i’ve had no issues with that aspect.

This location staff are not very helpful and never serve, prepare or communicate well. I actually will go out of my way to the next Starbucks to avoid the frustrations and lazy drive through. Example in an effort to save time i decided to place my drive thru to go order and clearly marked drive through . I came through line didn't stop at speaker because why? Got a bit of a stare from girl at window even before I got to her window. When I pulled up and said pick up .. she huffed and puffed her way a few extra feet to retrieve clearly marked drive thru to go order and proclaimed that I must stop and announce myself at speaker before proceeding in line. There was no one in front of me and no one behind me mind you.

Relatively new, beautiful store. This was such a refreshing experience! Such friendly staff who greeted us when we walked in the door! They were cheery, chatted with me, tried to get to know me and my needs, knew their products - I mean wow - even offered helpful suggestions! We’ve been so disappointed by Starbucks lately at other locations including (and especially) the Avalon Park & Golden Isle(THE WORST, this is this store’s antithesis) and that 400 Park Ave. (Winter Park) locations. I’d come here ever day. Do not pass it by! Thanks to the nice young lady who checked us out today, June 16, 2019 at 2:04 p.m. (she’s smiling in the pic I’m uploading, I’m remiss in not getting her name, I’m very sorry miss!).

The coffee is great- always reliable! The place also has a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly! The big problem I have is that you can sit there and fill up your bladder with a mega venti coffee but you cannot use the restrooms. I know things are tough Right now, but if you feel confident enough in your cleanliness to serve food then I think you should also make a restroom available.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. They said they were out of the "crunch", and asked if I'd be okay with the cookie crumble instead. I was okay with it, and I didn't regret it one bit! It can't even be compared to what I originally ordered. It's in a lane by itself. Maybe they could consider having it as a full-time menu item when they're switching up their special drinks.
