Starbucks

I love Starbucks but this store has lost its touch lately. I go through the drive thru and order a venti drip coffee with cream and sweetener. Several times now, they have screwed this up. Sometimes I get sweetener and no cream sometimes it’s just black. Today I ordered this very same drink. Pretty basic. Should be easy. Well, as it is leaking all over me and my white shirt on the way to work, I notice that there is no creamer in it and it is filled to the brim. I called the store and the woman apologized and offered to make me a new one. Who has time to go back for a basic coffee?

Can't follow instructions on their own caramel frappuccino recipe: I was charged for five pumps of caramel and got 1/2 a pump if that, so now I have this super strong coffee without sugar to power through it. I guess I'll drink it TOP->DOWN!! If you're going to charge that much, and your employees can't even follow your own directions-- then you might want to either change your price or just shut down your location.

This Starbucks was amazing!! The team was very kind and helpful! I had to work here all day and they were very welcoming and went above and beyond when I had to use the restroom, I asked a team member to watch my computer for me and she did it with no questions asked! By far the best Starbucks I’ve been in!
