We got the Nashville hot tenders and there was very little of the hot sauce on both orders so I asked for some extra sauce and we were told thats not allowed and was given regular hot sauce packets. If I was a worker I would do everything to please the customer. Its obviousl that quality not important

It's a complete hit or miss when it comes to this restaurant. Some things are great, or I can ask for fresh fries and they'll give me old fries. The past 3 times I've went there, I have notified them that their prices are wrong on board & charging more at the window. They still have not been changed. For example the Fudge Sunday is posted for $2.29 and they ring up $2.99. Most time they forget the cookie in a meal and the wait time is insane when one person is in line. Customer service is hit and miss too. Blonde lady today was nice and helpful in drive. I came back. Shame on me. 3/31 and its the coldest fries I've ever got, the cheese burger was drowning in mustard and the patty is literally half a cm thick. Bun was soft on bottom, meat was not fresh. Shame on you guys!

I've been here a few times in the past couple years. I usually don't have an problems or issues. However today, it was a different experience. I was asked to pull to the front to wait for the fries to finish cooking. We ended up with the wrong order. Someone else got it and we had to wait longer for them to remake our order. I understand mistakes happen, but no one seemed to be very apologetic. They approached it as another task to do instead of seeing me as a person. Plus, I feel they should have offered something extra for the inconvenience. Nope. I almost gave 2 stars, but trying to be generous for the other positive visits.

NO HOT WINGS!!!!!! Discontinued!!!! I get these twice a week for my family. Believe it or not with mash potato's and gravy, and coleslaw, this adds up to 464.00 a month. We LOVE them and have been getting them since the eighties. I hope everyone makes some noise so we can get them back. Hopefully they will miss my 464.00, and with others pitching a fit, they will find it in their best interest to BRING THEM BACK!!!! "without changing the recipe"

Drive thru crew was very pleasant. Catered to what I wanted. Took awhile but it was lunch time still. So, understandable. Always enjoyable food Went in to do a carry out today and they forgot one order! We always double check so we found out while we were still there. Kind of drop the ball there a little.

Unfortunately I had to put 1 star because zero was not an option. I think it's important to note that I'm not reviewing for a single visit, but for multiple visits over a year span with several months in between each visit. KFC is the only game in town if you want fried chicken, unless you go to a supermarket or some gas stations. The customer services is horrible, they don't care if they mess up your order, not even an apology is offered. The food is "meh" at best, and if you order just the normal fried chicken it's typically small, and that's a generous description. The taste is fine, but for the price you are paying, it just doesn't make sense. I grew up loving KFC, it was always the best quality, the prices weren't cheap, but you could always count on the food being pretty good. After about 5 or 6 terrible experiences in a row at this Longview branch, I'm finally throwing in the towel. Obviously I don't recommend.
