If you want a amazing steak, drop by Outback. They have "steak house" in their name for a reason! I am a steak Connoisseur and I'm extremely picky. Thank the Lord that they know how to cook a mean steak. I am telling you, when you don't even need steak sauce, it's a darn good steak! I've traveled all over and had very good steaks but this one e just melts in your mouth. I like my steak rare and they cooked it just right.
Restaurant was extremely clean, the bathrooms were clean and wheelchair accessible. Service was quick and the wait staff was on fire. We never had to flag down our server, we dropped her a $20 tip for her kind, quick service. I think if you are craving a steak there isn't a better place to go, make a date of it. The atmosphere is perfect.

10 stars if they would let me. Visiting Longview for the Freeze Your Fanny bike ride and Outback was one of the few places open during the cold weather. Amazing time for my wifes birthday. All the staff was impressive. Food was excellent. Might have been the best resteraunt experience ever.

Was in town for a few days and we stopped in for dinner. Megan was our server and was just amazing. We never had to ask for refills, she was attentive, and on top of everything even with the restaurant being full. The food and drinks were amazing. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Megan was also super sweet with my daughter. All around great experience. Will definitely be back and hopefully Megan's working!!

All I can say is WOWWW! I never leave reviews but our waitress Karilyn at Outback in Longview was AMAZING! Literally flawless! I can honestly say we have never had such a great time! Food was great, but the service was unforgettable! Go see Karilyn!

Outback is a chain, but there are some locations that are better than others. This is a good location. The restaurant was clean, the staff was courteous and attentive without hovering. Michael was my waiter, and he ensured that my glass was never empty, which is always a plus in my book. The steak I ordered was cooked perfectly, so I have nothing but praises for this place

First trip to Texas and I had to try an authentic Outback Steakhouse. Not only was the atmosphere amazing… But our service was literally the best we’ve ever had. Megan went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience during our entire time at this establishment. We will definitely make this one of our go to stops on our trip back and hope that she is still there because we will definitely also be requesting her. Great food amazing staff. Thank You

We placed a togo order, waited 37 minutes when staff came out to say “you are the luckiest person because you are getting the last order of ribs”. He said he was giving me an update it’s about to come out. 31 minutes later the order came out. Over an hour and this is the ribs. It wasn’t enough for a full rack.. looks like something left on a dine in order. It’s sick to wonder what really happened.
