Not like it was when I was growing up. Chicken is still good but the pieces seem much smaller. And I paid $3.99 for a side of Cole slaw (which used to be included), which is just preposterous. The biscuits are dry and lacking in salt, too.

…..they were out of chicken. Not “crispy chicken” and not “original chicken” - but fried chicken. It’s 8 pm. They close at 10. They said they weren’t making more. Dear KFC - let’s count the number of jobs you have….1.

I've been to alot of KFCs in colorado an at 50 years old it reminded me of chicken an Mac n cheese when I was a kid. I could taste all the flavors / spices in the chicken.
This location is the BEST I've had.

Tuesday special is leg and thigh for $1.99. Friendly staff and hot Chicken. I recommend it. Can't beat the price 2 bucks and all the honey an hot sauce you can eat. Plus free water. I'll be back again next Tuesday.

Chicken was very dry, wonder how long it was there. Bisquits were very small. estimating about 70% of their former size. Coleslaw and Potatoes were as always good. Overall the Chicken really disappointed.

Awful! Woman taking orders at drive thru on Sat March 5th, 2022 late afternoon 4:30 ish was absolutely the rudest human being. She said she was manager, yikes!!!
Asked her to speak up and she answered with a sarcastic raised voice. Told us very rudely to have a great day. We have not even ordered yet! Left and will NEVER go to that location even again. The service has always been terrible anyway, orders almost always messed up. I personally can't stand that place but my husband loves KFC. It's not worth the abusive treatment for sub par food and a woman who berates and belittles customers. It's too expensive to be treated the way they do. Called Corporate who was nice but they need to get rid of some people especially the woman manager who is obviously complacent and has NO business dealing with the public.

Whoever was taking drive thru orders at 12:30 on Saturday January 29th was incredibly rude and shouldn't be working in fast food. They didn't have what I wanted to originally order so I planned to order something else, but she went silent and I asked multiple times if she was still there. When she finally answered she had such a bad tone. I ended up leaving and not buying anything. Nothing against the store itself, but she should be acknowledged for her awful tone.
