So this evening I went to get some food at Taco Bell and when I paid I open my bag and all the food was unwrapped from all the wraps. it wasn’t even put wrapped correctly horrible service manager horrible the staff is horrible and we called and we didn’t get anything resolved manager didn’t seem like he was interested in resolving the issue like he wanted to laugh and then he said well you’re the first one that called but obviously horrible horrible service and horrible rapping Do not waste your money in a horrible place that has really bad customer service

In the last year I have come here plenty of times. This is the best soft chalupas I ever had just the tortilla and just this time usually they feel hard. Over 10 dollars for this that looks nothing like what they are promoting. You can see how much chicken they add and one with out any or I just didn't find it. 90% ice 🧊 thats my fault for not saying easy on the ice. If is not one thing is the other with this place. I honestly feel like they are trying to nickle & dime everything.

I mean it's taco bell....no dine in as I am sure they are short staffed....drive in was 10 cars deep but the employees they did have were nice a calm and got to us all as fast as they could. Be patient people everyone is doing all they can.

I would skip this location, if they actually get your order right for once then its just gonna be another problem here. No cards,only cash. No restaurant, only drive thru. No Mexican pizza, no toasted Cheddar chalupas,eat yoy get the idea. Find another location for your own good and skip out on all their BS.

Good for a TB. Service ends up waiting a while for food. It isnt truely fast food as a result. Hence 3 stars. Just have gotten tacos at an actual sit down restaurant faster.

This Taco Bell…. Is always “closed”.
They refused to serve costumers because they’re “short staffed”… meanwhile when I took a turn i saw minimum of 5 workers just eating. This problem has occurred to me like 3 times at the 2010 kenn prat blv location.

Was on my way to pick up my girlfriend stopped here for dinner I would love for someone to tell me why I sat here 14 minutes for 2 burritos And you only had 2 people in line? drive thru is trash they also raised the price of the menu items remembering again why I stopped eating here

Ridiculous. I gave up on this place. Every single time it's something new. Last experience I was at the drivethru at 5pm, stuck between cars, every car was waiting to order, later to find out they are randomly closed, no sign, nothing. Waisted 20min. So done with this location, never again.
