I completed my order at the kiosk and went to the register to pay, no employees made eye contact, no employees acknowledged me in anyway for about 10 minutes (I remained the only customer) Finally someone asked if I was waiting for an order and then proceeded to tell me my order never went through.
Maybe if McDonald's trained there employees to understand that it's the customers that make their paychecks possible then I might have been a repeat customer.

Flew into Denver and hoped something would be open to get some supper. This McDonald's was! Ordered my usual #7. It was ready quickly. And was piping hot! Order made correctly and staff was lovely!

The main reason for their review is how impressed I was with how clean this McDonald’s was. Counters, floors, fountain drink area. I watched the manager wiping the counters down! Food was made quick as well.

One of the best McDonald's I have been to. Sometimes the food is fresh and hot....amazing for a McDonald's! Most of the staff are polite and service is quick in the drive through. However, some of the drive through workers are absurdly slow seemingly on purpose. Busy early evenings.

I ordered a 20 price chicken nugget just now. When I ordered I asked for 2 of each sauce I requested. I was told OK! I was only given one of each so when I went through again you were going to charge me for them. Now I’m not upset that you charge for extras, but say it, don’t skimp me out like cowards and then be upset when I come back for them I asked for them and you refused to give me them or charge for them. Terrible customer service.

This place keeps putting lettuce on their bunless quarter pounder burgers with NO option to remove it on grubhub, only an option to ADD lettuce. More power to the people who like lettuce, but this is a massive issue for people who do not. Please man, please.. it's not even supposed to have lettuce. :(

I ordered a egg mcmuffin and hashbrown. Had to park in the waiting area because I was waiting for my hashbrown. I waited for almost 15 minutes. I finally went in and waited another 5 minutes before someone helped me.
