The best Gregg's store for quality and is speed of service goes to Billingham station road ! When demand is high early morning and cue's start ! All staff come forward and give full quality service to the customer so waiting time is reduced to 1 or 2 minutes even though they are leaving other jobs ! All staff here work so close as a team and communication with each other that demand never run short on demand ! But all staff here at station road Billingham are so polite friendly and helpful and it is such a pleasure to get bacon butty and coffee ! This store deserves a gold medal it is the best in the whole area with a rating of 10 I do visit stores elsewhere here my ratings. Portrack 2 poor service ride bye. Norton 9 lack of car parking but good Darlington 1 poor service slow. Ingleby barwick 8 good all-round. Preston farm ! Slow talking to much to customers as if they are on holiday ! Instead of concentrating on the 20 customers waiting ! Go elsewhere teeside park 7 big demand but no team work slow ! Big jokes with staff ,! Not when I am waiting to be served 20 minutes wait ! Feeling peckish wasn't sure what I wanted to finish of my boring lunch, thought about a cake so greggs for a donut it was. Whilst in the queue I changed my mind went savoury and opted for a warm sosauge roll. Didn't go for the offer of soup or a drink. Just the roll. Came out shared a tiny corner of it with a starling popped the bag on the bin and went about my day. Overall enjoyable snack, cheeky bird good choice

Open nice and early. Always found the staff very friendly and pretty quick on the serving side. This shop does get pretty busy at times. Breakfast visits are our usual thing for a sausage and bacon baguette. £3.15 for one with a coffee! Greggs comes in for a bit of stick but you won’t find a better or tastier deal than that. I have had some pretty bad versions of this breakfast which cost four times at much. Handy that this place is almost a drive thru. You still have to get out your car but it has it’s own parking.
