Got into Long Branch station from Newark airport at 7:30am on a Saturday after a red eye from LAX. I almost didn't stop at this DD across the street bc of the reviews - but I'm glad I did. It was pretty busy in there but service was quick and I was greeted by warm and friendly smiles from the staff. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and box of munchkins. Sandwich was hot and tasty, donuts were not the freshest (maybe from the day before) but not stale. Additionally, store was pretty festive for Christmas.

Great staff, with an already friendly disposition. They know your in a rush either to grab the next train, or on your way to work / school. They make sure you get your order as quickly as you can without a misstep. All so you can start your day off on the right foot.

Dunkin has a process that appears highly duplicatable from place to place.
It was apparent to me that the woman who served me yesterday was brand new, learning how to use the toaster the way "they do it."
Her coworkers were helpful and she was very pleasant.

Had the pleasure of getting my coffee from Mike and Stephanie and they were so awesome !!!! They were very personable and made speedy delicious coffee !

The guy at the register asked me to write a review. The service is great and the coffee is rarely burnt, like at other Dunkin Donuts. Their donuts are pretty tasty too!

I just had the best customer service experience at this Dunkin Donuts. I walked in because my daughter had to use the restroom and the great guy behind the counter saw me waking towards it and asked me to knock then buzzed the door for me. After I got out I got a coffee and he offered my daughter a donut on him. What a great experience, wish I could talk to the owner, these guys deserve raises!!!
