Subway

Went in last night around 9:30pm. Ate half my sandwich so I can take the other half to work today 7/1/22! Took a couple bites of my food and I thought I chipped my tooth but it was a staple, Not a closed staple but opened the long way smh thank god I bit it the way I did because if it was standing up it could’ve been really badd! I called the store to let them know and I spoke with a young lady when I asked to speak to the manager he never got on the phone but you can hear him in the back ground telling her what to say. I wasn’t giving attitude I just had a complaint so it won’t happen to someone else and they make not be as fortunate as I was. I told her I was going to call corporate because I didn’t get a a answer after I called the store but they finally answered. She moved away from the phone to tell him I was going to call corporate and you can hear him loud and clear say “ CALL CORPORATE” instead of getting on the phone when I asked for a manager he has someone else being the manager and listening to what I have to say. I believe she said his name is Repul idk. Stuck at work until 8pm and can’t go to the store to get another sandwich, I was simply just trying to let them know what happened and didn’t need the attitude from the manager that didn’t want to get on the phone. I understand you deal with angry customers on the daily but I didn’t talk to the young lady with disrespect and I told her thank you for being soo kind but for the manager I see why it’s staples been found in your food look at your attitude and how you unprofessionally handle the situation! It’s a 6 dollar sandwich bro let’s be real! It’s the principle of the situation and how badly I could’ve been injured! Definitely will keep trying corporate just because of you Repul and your careless attitude towards the situation

I always come afternoon, but today I came 8:00pm Wednesday night... Never had a problem till I had the guy make my Turkey wrap. Asked for extra cheese, shredded & swiss, told him twice "extra"... Put 2 little slices and small handfull of shredded... And then wanted to charge me for the "extra cheese". Didnt like that this time the wrap was different than all the other times I've been in this store!! Everyone else is amazing and friendly, but this guy, who didnt have his name tag, is the reason for my 1star.. Sorry, but jus being honest

The very beautiful and sexy manager that works in the morning is very skilled at taking great care of the restaurant and customers. She always has great well trained staff. Especially Ramon who is a top notch sandwich artist and a great young man. Customer service is something that obviously comes natural to him and it shows. He is definitely going to move up in the ranks Im sure. I can easily see him as a manager soon I'm sure and later even a franchise owner. I must also mention someone who I have only just met working there but was quite a person and that is another beautiful woman with haunting light brown eyes named Amy. She was awesome. All in all a great place to visit. Finally, Kudos to the owner who also was very friendly and personable the couple times I was there while he was and he helped me. He definitely knows how to hire great managers and employees. I hope he appreciates how exceptional they are.--Late Night(wee hours) Sandwich Eater.😀

Night time crew donabgreat job of keeping things running smoothly. On occasion midnight locals may rampage into the restaurant they always know how to react in a speedy and effective manner. While this may be the few flaws I see, the service and employees show great efficiency as well as create a great ambience for their employees.

When I asked for black olives the gal pulled them out from a refrigerator behind her. I asked why the olives weren't on display as I've seen at other Subways & she said it was due to the owner's directive because he didn't want customers to ask for them because they were expensive to buy...I have not returned & will not. Unbelievable cheap owner. SMH!
