Wow. My one of my favorite spots to have coffee at while I'm down by Long Beach. They have Vietnamese coffee and Horchata. Such a unique combo. It's simply delicious

Finally got to try Zero Express and it did not disappoint! There's a Zero Degrees near my house but because it's in such a busy plaza I almost never have the opportunity to try it. When I finally had the chance to stop by the shop in Long Beach, I took it and ran with it. My boyfriend ordered the house coffee which is a Vietnamese-style cold brew with 2 sizes. The flavor is very rich and the overall quality and flavor is amazing. I opted for the ube milkshake which was pretty pricey at $5.50 but came with a cute little sour belt candy, toasted marshmallow, and rainbow marshmallow twist. The boba was incredibly sweet and soft, indicating its freshness, and the ube was equally amazing. Overall loved this drink! One thing I like about Zero Express is that you can order two drinks in one if you're having trouble choosing one or the other. My only gripe is that there are certain drinks that are excluded from this option like the ube which really disappoints me because I was hoping to try the mangonada as well... I guess that just means I have to come back! I wish that their mason jars weren't so expensive cuz I really wanted to buy one, but it is an option for you as well. Not sure if you can bring it back to the shop like Snow Monster but if you could then that's pretty cool!

Their coffee horchata is the best! However, lately they’ve been putting more horchata than coffee which i prefer more coffee since I’m lactose intolerant. The price is about $5 for a large which adds up on a regular basis. They have different options but they are in the sweeter side. Their mangonada is quite sweet and can barely taste the mango if any. Definitely recommend the coffee horchata.

Lots of choices. Split cup is a great idea and not too many places have it. I had a jasmine milk tea with boba and it was the best boba I’ve ever had. Jasmine tea was less floral than 7 leaves, but really good.

This place is getting worse and worse. My watermelon slush tasted more like a snowcone without enough syrup so you end up with all ice. Watermelon chunks were disgusting and not fresh. Taste like it sat out for a while and lost its slightly snappy texture, it was mush. They also didn't top my slush with watermelon chunks like on my previous drinks. Not coming back.

Interesting fusion of Vietnamese coffee and Horchata. The initial taste is phenomenal, but then the utility of drinking it diminishes pretty quickly. That's not to say though, that I didn't enjoy it. I did. The popcorn chicken was very good. I enjoyed the crispiness and the flavor with it. Sometimes it will take a while to get an order, but that's expected as it is pretty popular and right next to CSULB.

Wanted to try a new boba spot out in Long Beach and found this little gem on Yelp. Very simple design and menu but what they do offer is gold. I first got a round of jasmine milk tea and a sea salt jasmine green tea. Both were tasty and the boba had the perfect honey/sugar taste infused. Since I was so impressed, I decided I needed a drink for the road and got a coffee cream tea in a glass bottle which only came out to $4.50, a total STEAL. the bottle is so cute and presentable that imma reuse to carry milk to work.
