Picked up dinner tonight from super Mex and employee named Ophelia was incredibly rude. Did not welcome us, make eye contact, smile, or even say thank you for your business. I strongly encourage you to reevaluate your decision on hiring this individual. Will not be coming back if Ophelia is still working here.

I love the food and we are regular customers. I ordered a quesadilla for my son, with the rest of the order. They said it would be 20 min. I called 5 minutes later asking that the sour cream and other stuff be put on the side. The woman said she would see what she could do that our order was ready. I went to pick up and asked about the quesadilla. They did not make another without the stuff - and I said that my son would not eat it. I thanked them and left as I spend 40-50 dollars there all the time and they could have remade the quesadilla. I did not find the customer service to be acceptable.

The food is excellent as always. The staff has always been nice and welcoming. The last few times, I have encountered a person named Amber. Amber, doesn't say hi, she acts as though taking your order is inconvenient, and when she makes an error in your order doesn't even apologize. This is not the type of service I use to receive there. A smile goes along way.

The food here is so amazing!!! Only time I had an issue was when I got the flautas, by the time I got them home the steam in the container made them soggy :( but everything else I've had from here has been amazing!! I think the prices are fair too, ceviche is a bit pricey but it's so yummy that I pay for it without even thinking of the price.

Our order was completely wrong with incomplete/missing combo items. I had to drive back to get it fixed. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. The worse was an item ordered with no beans due to allergies (which was said at the time of the order) had beans. A couple of bites were eaten & person with allergies had a reaction. When I explained to the cashier she told the cook in Spanish & his reaction was so! I am certain they did not believe I spoke Spanish & understood. This was very disappointing since SuperMex is one of our favorite restaurants.
