Dropped in for a cup of coffee. It wasn't as hot as it should have been, but hey, coffee from a massive chain. They had a nice little set up outside but all the furniture was worn down, if not broken, and stained all over. Then there was a crazy homeless guy that walked in.

I think it’s does not taste like original dunkin & donuts 🍩. This location is not so great . Nothing taste great and everything is over at time of 6 only . Don’t like the crossando . Coffee is okay . Donuts are plain and okay

I feel like a donut shop should have donuts all the time… went here today around 4pm and they said they were out of almost all donuts (but didn’t specify which one they did have). We had to literally ask one by one to figure out what they had or didn’t have. We ended up with some old fashioned, some power sugar donuts and two refresher drinks. The drinks where horrific… definitely not worth the honey. I threw away mine… Honestly I felt like my friend kept her out of courtesy because I paid for it. :(

First time there today. Ordered in a apple fritter and it was not fresh at all. Was at least a day or more old. Worst apple fritter I've ever tasted. Cakey and no apples. Needless to say didnt eat much of it. Latte was ok.

I have t-mobile so every Tuesday they give us some freebies. I had a coffee ☕ and it was good. The place is clean and the restrooms are open.

Stale donuts. Burnt hashbrown exterior, cold interior. "Fried" eggs are wet sloppy steamed...somethings. pretty awful and quickest I've ever written a review after getting into an order anywhere

I ordered a coffee in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window they had confused my order with another one. Took about 5 minutes at the window to finally get my simple coffee. Coffee was good.

Location hard to enter only 2 ways to get N bound 7th or around corner and side street of PCH. Had ordered ahead and staff had doughnuts and coffee ready but no sandwiches. No greeting when arrived even no one else in line and no update on when food would be ready. Pick another Dunkin to go to
