Rubio's

I am giving a one star review, because I am very disappointed in my order. First, I want my money back, but as this store is 30 miles from my house it's not like I can just drive there. I came in Sunday night after visiting the Aquarium and it was very slow only a few customers before me. I understand it was Easter and most people want to be with there family but this is ridiculous. I asked for a Classic Shrimp burrito made with the Impossible meat instead of Shrimp beacuse I am a vegetarian. I asked and PAID for extra rice and roasted corn. I eat at Rubios often and I know the entire menu. As you can see in the picture what is missing? That is not what a burrito with extra rice looks like. There is only one piece of corn. There is no impossible meat. Looking at the side of the tortilla I see grilled cheese. That last part tells me this is not a classic Shrimp burrito. I was instead given a gourmet shrimp burrito with no impossible meat. The reason I dont order the gourmet burrito is because it has BACON. I am a vegetarian and I was given the complete wrong order and it had meat which I bit into. I was driving and almost got sick to my stomach. On my receipt it says CME, but mentions nothing about impossible meat that I asked for. To top it off I almost walked out the store without my fiances burrito especial. The cashier handed me the bag of food and I was at the door when I realized the bag was too light and sure enough it was missing a burrito. I waited another few minutes after already waiting 20 minutes for a store that had max 5 customers 3 of which were there before I arrived. What in the world happend how did the store get this so wrong? As I said I want my money back. My burrito was trashed, but I didn't want to turn back and wait another 20 minutes so instead I went to a Taco Bell we were passing. They got my order correct...

Took too long for me to get an order of guacamole and chips covered in meat grease on the inside and out while the manager and cashiers talked ish about other employees because she manager is allowed to take free stuff but not whoever else is. This place has went to hell. I hope it’s replaced soon. It’s second street for fs sake.

Went to thos Rubios off 2nd street in Long Beach. The staff here is quite nice. Parking is available on the street as well as in the lot behind the restaurant. I ordered the fish taco plate and it filled me up. You can also substitute the beans and chips with cilantro rice or Spanish rice or black beans.
