Staff are always friendly and helpful when i come with my kids in a buggy. Happy to help by holding the door etc. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Best staff and service in any cafe nero I've been too. Company should be proud of them.

This is a great cafe , so cosy and nice . The staff are amazing, so friendly and professional, always very attentive. One of the staff opened the door for me as I had a buggy and holding drinks, that was very thoughtful. The coffee is great also ofc.

It's placed in a very good spot - right on the corner of Lavender 🪻 Hill and Cedars road, so when you have a seat, you get a lot of light and watch the world go by. It's my favourite branch. …

This south London café is a hidden gem. Very cosy with lots of open natural light. Feel good vibe to enjoy a chat with friends or read a book and tap away on your laptop 💻😀. I recommend the leather sofas just to gaze out at the busy London street life while enjoying your food and drink. …
