Excellent place for a drink and some really good food. The burgers are wonderful. Very tasty with good portions. Veggie burger also available. The pizza is exceptional ( and this from a Jersey girl!). Great crust, yummy big slices of pepperoni, and kalamata olives. *swoon*. Wonderful atmosphere and great service. What more could you want?

An outstanding pub with a beautiful interior! We met the owner by chance, recently, and he was so lovely! The pub is exactly as Galbraith describes it in 'The Silkworm'; it's gorgeous mahogany sofas, bar, and stairs are a perfect contrast with the light walls. They have a superb collection of drinks, but I haven't tried their foods yet. The owner recommends the pizzas, which is what we will definitely order next time we're there! It is a dog-friendly pub, with its own little dog menu! (Tried and tested by the lovely Pippa and Soda - the owner's dogs). I enjoy going here every time! Highly recommend!

T'was a frosty cold December evening last Friday evening in London Towne. I've had 100s of layovers here in London over the last 15 years as a cabin crew member. This was my 1st time coming to this beautiful and classic pub. Festive Cheers to all of the lovely Albion staff for an exceptional welcome and visit to your delightful cozy pub last Friday evening. Thank you for the warm woodburning fire in the fireplace, delicious food, and hospitality & delightful conversation. This is one of my favourite Pubs in London. The wine is hand picked by the owner, the beer is served perfectly and the staff and customers are friendly and welcoming. They have an open fire in the winter, it's dog friendly and the tables are perfect for a beer and a board game. They always have something new going on from open mic nights to festive celebrations. What more could you want?!
