Costa Coffee

I brought a coffee at this costa outlet I sat outside and I only put my Samsung flip 4 phone on the table, two men badly dressed in tracksuits came over to me begging for money. One man used a sheet of laminated paper to distract me so he could steal my phone. My phone cost me a lot of money and I felt its best to warn people so the same thing doesn't happen to them. I would like to thank the man that works in this costa who was helpful and friendly I very much appreciated that he allowed me to use his phone to get my phone that was stolen blocked. I was able to protect myself against identity theft and very appreciate the fact he was very kind a very big thank you. The coffee is great here and the lady that gave me ice water was kind as I was highly stressed after my phone was stolen. I would come back to this costa but I will make sure I never get my phone out in this part of London.

Great coffee as always. For a busy cafe just off the main shopping street it, wasn't that busy but staff were chaotic. Ordered toasties which were cooked before the coffee arrived. No timing skills. Disappointing that I had to queue for the loo as one was broken. Sorry guys you need to get yourselves together and being right in the heart of London's shopping that loo should have been fixed the same day. I love my Costa but felt let down by the service.
