At first I was worried the food wasn’t going to be great because it was near empty at 8 pm in a Saturday evening. So booking a table wasn’t really necessary. Not sure if it was a one off but don’t let the lack of crowds steer you away. I’d give it a shot at least once. Food was good but definitely been to better (less expensive) Korean fusions before. Very over priced for the portions but then again it’s soho , so can’t really complain. overall decent and service was. I’d probably go back

The next time you are in Soho, why not combine your love for slow bbq cooked Americas cuisine and Asian cuisine by visiting Bo Drake on Greek Street. This lovely restaurant offers a tapas style menu perfect for sharing plates with friends. What is great about Bo Drake is you can go in for a quick bite to eat before heading off to the theatre, make a night of it by trying out their extensive cocktail list and food menu, or pop in between 5:30pm and 7pm or 10pm til close to take advantage of their happy hour where their classic cocktails are all two for £12 – bargain.
During our visit we got straight on to the cocktails, trying Lost In Thyme, Amaretto Sour and Dr Jekyll & Hyde. For anyone who likes a sweet and smooth cocktail the Lost In Thyme (vanilla infused vodka) is perfect. The Dr Jekyll & Hyde whiskey based cocktail arrives in a tall glass bottle so you can pour it yourself and experience the mystical dry ice smoking its way out of the bottle. For me, an Amaretto Sour is always a winner.
We decided to share several dishes (the recommended number to share between two is around 5 or 6 dishes) which is one of my favourite ways to dine. From the Small Plates section, we had the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken Wings with soy garlic, grape and rosemary), the Pork Belly Bao (confit new Hampshire pork belly, with pickled cucumber and soy glazed peanuts), the evening’s special crispy fried salmon Kimbap (Korean sushi) and the Bulgogi beef sliders.
The Korean Fried Chicken was super crispy and tender and definitely a recommendation. Bao buns are currently one of my favourite foods and the Pork Belly Bao did not disappoint – great soft fluffy texture for the bao and flavoursome pork without being too fatty. From the Meats section we had the Bo Ssam (smoked pulled pork, ssamjang, spring onion oil, lettuce and kimchi) and from the sides we had the sweet potato fries. The Bo Ssam was a great dish where you take some of the pulled pork, wrap it in the lettuce and dip it in one of the sauces. The flavours and textures went really well together and was a fun dish to share too – be warned that one of the sauces is rather hot! We really wanted to try the much talked about Miso Galzed Baby Back Ribs but they were all out – so a good reason to return another time.
Bo Drake is great restaurant within the hustle and bustle of vibrant central London. The atmosphere is stylish but relaxed and the staff are so friendly and passionate about the menu, recommending their favourite dishes and cocktails to us, which always makes the dining experience more enjoyable.

Fantastic atmosphere and delicious Korean food. Lots of plates to share, we sat at the bar and had amazing cocktails along with some tasty dishes. The KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) was awesome as were the fried little rice cakes in chilli sauce. Well worth a visit!

Korean and western “fusion” but more Korean, and tasty regardless. The KFC and pork buns we shared as starters were both excellent, and we enjoyed crispy eel and the smoked duck, however at double the price for the duck I don’t think it was worth the premium. The kimchi was as good as any other kimchi I have had in London, and the sweet potato fries with kimchi mayonnaise were excellent. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent food but slightly cramped. The korean wings are the best here! Also got prawn tacos and beef bulgogi sliders (picture)

Very very delicious! The restaurant is very chic and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was delicious; the idea of a changing menu is so interesting for me and it was good to see that there were a variety of options for those who are vegan. Service was perfect; the waitress was attentive and very helpful. Bit pricy for those who are trying to save, but well worth it!

We went for the Sunday £20 BBQ plate and were pleasantly surprised. The meat was juicy with a genuine Korean twist, and portion sizes plus the sides are good for moderate eaters (guessing it's about 1kg of meat in total). The lettuce provided are for you to wrap the meat and kimchee, not as a salad. All very good, with our only gripe being their table knife is a bit weak to cut through the tasty miso ribs! Would return.

Fanstastic little place, we wanted a nice dinner without having to queue under the rain and this restaurant was recommended to us, so glad we made it! Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and the food is so tasty! The menu isn't extensive but it doesn't need to be. The kimchi pancake was so good!

Food is pretty unique, lot's of great meat dishes. The topokki is fried which, so it's crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, delicious. Also KFC was really crunchy and tender.
Unfortunately they didn't have the Beef Bulgogi Bao Bun, but seems really good.

Great food, though a little pricey for what it is. Service was passable considering it was a busy Friday night. It gets quite loud because of the bar - I'd recommend another day of the week if you'd prefer a quieter atmosphere.
