I receieved excellent customer service from Faiza and Clara. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after me when I was having a really bad day.
They definitely deserve a pay rise or extra holiday!

Pushed myself to try a strawberry waffle cone frappe. But they made a chocolate waffle cone frappe instead. Their mistake, but I thought what the heck, I'll give it a go! IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Best mistake ever made, but I've still to try the strawberry waffle cone frappe.

I normally don't go to Starbucks since the coffee is quite weak but on this occasion I had recently recovered from Covid and my sense of taste was still so messed up that strong coffee tasted awful! And being the only open coffee shop in the area at that time, stumbling upon this Starbucks was a lifesaver - the mild coffee was just right for me 😊 Also, had a packet of small pastries which were very nice, especially the caramel one.

Great. Stopped off here to kill time before visiting Agency in London. Bright and spacious, modern decor, lots of tables and power sockets to plug in to.

The staff at this shop always provide best customer experience, are polite and make the best coffees. Ot is my go to place for morning coffee on the way to the train station.

A nice little store with all the usual offerings from Starbucks. A few different types of seating to suit your needs. Staff were very friendly and very quick to serve. Store was clean and not too busy when I visited

Probably the best Starbucks I have been to to date. Great service from Ollie and the drinks were made PERFECTLY!!!! Literally spot on! Ollie even brought our drinks over to where we were seated, so nice. Store was clean and tidy and staff were actively cleaning during quiet moments. Toilet facility are available in store too which was also left clean. Comfy sofa style seating available plus tables and chairs with plugs to charge phone/laptop etc. Great experience.

Nice drinks, good seating area and decent customer toilet. Easier to order at the till than use the clunky app which wouldn't work. Hard to hear the staff through the mask, plastic screen and music but overall not a bad experience if you want a quick break from Oxford St.

Nice Starbucks, spacious, open, with friendly (albeit busy) staff and great drinks. Yay for eggnog lattes! Their food display looks delicious and fresh, I love the big windows, and it's very close to Oxford street (right behind the Samsung store). There is a bathroom, which feels like a rarity in London.
